Returns or Defects:
If the material or the cutting process has a minor defect or imperfection, please contact us, and we can find a solution to exchange it. The buyer pays for the return shipping charge.

Note: It is strongly recommended that you keep the "Route Shipping Insurance" option. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen, Route will promptly replace it. Without it, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier yourself. The manufacturer will not be responsible if you uncheck the mark or remove the shipping insurance. If you have an approved return, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
